democratic one. well, he has a lot of republican talking points. they like him. let me show you the polls. the democrats have an overwhelmingly he s upside down with democrat, 21% favorable close to 50% unfave. among republicans, almost 50% like him and represents a greater electoral threat to republicans than democrats. a lot of his ideas sealing the border, right. anti-vax lunacy where you stop babies on hiking trails. i think tucker carlson did a block on that. how much do people consume because the name, you can t have a bluer name than that and that will be on the ballot. the question is how much is a headline and how much is the second or third piece the way people consume information on their phones, they re just as likely to have seen that clip, the clapping and say, oh, fox news republicans clapping, kennedy is my guy and to associate the name with the history. but to this point, the republicans seem to be more excited to have him around than the democrats. b

in terms of troubling signs, you have to look at chris christie s numbers. obviously he s well known. a full 44% of republicans have an unfavorable opinion of him. he s under water in terms of the fave/unfave numbers. you don t want to try to climb out of of a hole at this point. talk to us about who is shaping up really well when they are put against hillary clinton. everyone loses to hillary to be honest. she polls about 50 to 40 against most people. who is doing the best? probably rand paul if you look at the numbers. 54-43 in terms of that matchup. he does better than other people. one of rand paul s selling points is he s able to put together a more diverse coalition in his telling appeal to young people despite running contrary to them on plenty of issues. it s so early to tell these
