PORTSMOUTH Portsmouth Department of Public Works will host a public input meeting via Zoom on Thursday, May 6 to discuss what residents would like to see in the sidewalk and roadway reconstruction plan for the Fleet Street Area Reconstruction Project. This project will include replacement of the underground utilities and reconstruction of the roadway and sidewalks in the Fleet Street area. Preliminary engineering work on the underground utility design has begun.
