 Foreword (March 4, 2021) It has already been 10 years since the terrorist assault on the Samarian Jewish settlement of Itamar in which a young family was caught unawares in their sleep and cut down in their prime by deviant Arab rivals. I am republishing part of this article in honor of the Jewish victims.
