Jammu and Kashmir cloudburst: 7 dead, 17 rescued, 19 still missing in Kishtwar district At least seven people have died while 19 are still missing after a cloudburst in the Gulabgarh area of Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday morning. According to Doda Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Udayabhaskar Billa, of the 17 people who have been rescued till now, five are critically injured. Till now seven dead bodies have been recovered, and 17 people have been rescued. Out of 17 people who were rescued, five are critically injured. At least 19 people are still missing, said the DIG. He added that rescue teams are putting in all efforts to reach the victims of the natural calamity timely, but delays are happening due to unsuitable weather conditions. ....
