The child has been recovered and is safe, but the suspect remains at large. According to the sheriff, on Saturday, February 6, around 6:00 p.m., Tysean Brown, 15, stole a black Honda Civic that was sitting in the 7-Eleven parking lot, located at 10016 McMullen Road in Riverview. Police say Brown drove off and, at one point, punched the 11-year-old, who was sitting in the back seat. ....
