May 6, 2021 Tyrell M. Travers, 24, Wellsville, was cited with assured clear distance after he rear-ended a vehicle driven by John A. Pavelko, 39, Youngstown, on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 4:50 p.m. Monday. Pavelko sustained minor injuries and declined treatment at the scene. A vehicle driven by Mildred S. Cooper, 86, Steubenville, was rear-ended by another vehicle on state Route 14 in Beaver Township at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday. The other vehicle fled the scene and the driver has not been identified. Mary Soules, 87, Lisbon, was cited for failure to yield after she attempted to turn onto state Route 45 from Salem Grange Road in Salem Township and collided with a vehicle driven by Jacquelyn H. Hawkins, 29, Salem, at 12:35 p.m. Monday. Hawkins was also cited for not wearing a seat belt. ....
