(Massachusetts State Police photo) Facebook Share WHATELY – A Vermont man and a New Hampshire woman were charged with drug trafficking after police found more than 1,000 packets of heroin in their possession during a routine traffic stop. Tommy Newhall, 37, of Chester, Vermont, and Jennifer West, 36, of Claremont, New Hampshire, were each charged with trafficking in heroin, possession of cocaine and conspiracy to violate drug laws. West was also charged with possession of Xanax and Newhall faces several motor vehicle charges, Massachusetts State Police officials said.
