Burdge killing: Brandon Poehml sentenced to prison for manslaughter

In March, Coomer was sentenced to 16 years in state prison and four years post-release supervision, while Haxton received a 10-year state prison sentence along with five years post-release supervision. Justin L. Darden, 17, of Wellsville, pleaded guilty last week to first-degree manslaughter before Judge Brown. Darden will be sentenced on June 23. He was not granted youthful offender status despite his age, according to court officials. Three others have pleaded guilty to assault-related charges in the case. Richelle L. Kyser, 28, of Wellsville, entered an “Alford Plea” to one count of second-degree attempted gang assault, while Kristopher Delill, 38, of Wellsville, pleaded guilty to second-degree assault.
