LAHAINA Lahaina News Editor Mark Vieth on Dec. 15 received the prestigious Mahalo Award for the year 2020, which was presented by Barbara Potts, newly elected president, and Richard Endsley, co-founder and past president of the Lahaina Complex Education Foundation. This award is normally presented at the annual awards ceremony in the springtime, but with the advent of COVID-19, that event had to be canceled.
