Second person dies from injuries sustained from Iberia house fire
One person dead, one injured after a house fire in Iberia on Jan. 21, 2021.
IBERIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Hendee had been at University Hospital being treated before her death.
A press release said the original call referencing an explosion and a house fully involved with fire came at 5:55 p.m. on Thursday.
Iberia Fire immediately requested mutual aid from Brumley Fire Protection District and Crocker Fire Protection District.
Several units arrived on the scene within minutes to find a house fully involved and several smaller explosions.
When crews arrived, Arthur Sinden had made it out of the residence with multiple burns. Fire crews had also received reports that another person (Hendee) was still trapped inside. ....
