Fernando said the construction of Bulacan airport is still a go and it is not in any way affected by President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s veto of the bill creating a special economic zone and freeport in the PHP740 billion airport being built on a 2,500-hectare land in Barangay Taliptip, Bulakan, this province.
