What better place to draw on that spirit than here in colonial williamsburg, where a College Educated individual like Thomas Marshall John Marshall based on equality and justice and rule of law, their Political Institutions did not always live up to the grand aspirations expressed in their great documents. They and their endeavors were imperfect as are all human beings. They stumbled, sometimes they failed. But they kept going.
