And breaking news, moments ago cnn obtained a letter sent by the Condo Board President to the residents of the collapsed Tower Warning about the severity of the damage prior to the collapse and the urgent need for repairs. That letter was sent in april of this year, just two months ago. The champlaign tower, observable damage in the garage has gotten significantly worse since the initial inspection in 2018. The Roof Situation got much worse so extensive Roof Repairs had to be incorporated.
