The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention signing off on vaccines for kids ages 12 to 15 is welcome news for some parents.Mom Raquel and daughter, Raquel, say they re almost inseparable at times.She said that is why it is so hard for mom to not be able to do some stuff with her daughter.
