TUSCOLA COUNTY While there were several items on the Tuscola County commissioners agenda during the last meeting, one key item that was expected to be there wasn’t.
During a committee of the whole meeting earlier in the week, the consensus of the board was to approve a rental agreement for document storage from Mark Ransford and Damian Wasik.
However, doing that became complicated when a second bid came in after saying the Ransford-Wasik proposal was the only bid received.
The complication arose because of inaccurate wording on the request for proposal.
