The dog was inside the house. The fire took 30 minutes. And when they found him, thank god hes safe. Reporter it started with four homes burning on this patterson street. As firefighters fought that fire, another fire started a block away, consuming three more homes. When it was all over, 31 residents were displaced. Now we lost everything thats in there, from the top. Now we dont have anything. Reporter is it just coincidence that two fires started a block away from each other at the same time . One neighbor claims kids playing with matches started the fire. Investigators say theyre looking into that claim. Its too early to tell. We dont really have any information. We do have agencies here.
