Freshman Aida Wheat had a strong day in the sprints, winning both the 100 meters and the 200 meters. In the 100, Wheat finished in a time of 13.07 seconds, Rylie Walker was fifth in 14.6 seconds, Alexis Tuttle finished seventh in 15.34 seconds, Jessica Hill was ninth in 15.53 seconds, Kendryl Shackford was 13th in 15.92 seconds and Danielle Stewart was 15th in 22.48 seconds. ....
