A bench memorializing Hunter Lewis, a 21 year old who died canoeing while setting up an elaborate treasure hunt near Trinidad, was removed late last week. The bench that overlooked Flatiron Rock was found missing by family Friday. While the bench was unauthorized, the State Parks says they didn't remove it and Hunter's father believes it was taken out by individuals.
