Lance Benoit, 61, Tamera Benoit, 60, and Tricia Behlers, 56, were charged in January 2020 with multiple financial crimes related to the operations of Benoit Distributing, the parent company of the Diamond Jack s western saloon, a 40-year mainstay at the fairgrounds. Officials alleged at the time the company had failed to pay more than $250,000 in taxes.
