Notorious Scots paedo Philip Robertson who was caught stalking girl, 11, by footprints in the snow dodges jail

THE sickened dad of an 11-year-old girl who was stalked by a notorious paedo tonight slammed the justice system after the pervert avoided jail.
Philip Robertson, 62, was tracked down in October 2019 by the snowy trail of boot marks he left after being spotted outside the girl’s house.

The dad of one pled guilty in February last year to causing fear and alarm but his sentencing was hit with repeated delays - causing further anguish for his victim and her loved ones. ....
