A Federal Aviation Administration safety rep says filming a fired-up passenger is likely to escalate an airline altercation and make it far more dangerous. "If someone's got a cellphone in your face, it could make the situation worse," FAA rep Trey Walters told Insider in an interview on Tuesday.
