I actually spoke to a Police Officer a few moments ago who said this is about as smooth as you get when you deal with a hurricane. Very, very fortunate that not only was this not a direct hit but also it didnt seem to pack the punch that people were expected here. We saw a lot of businesses that were boarded up.
