More than 4,000 people are confirmed dead. 1,000 others are missing. Survivors are scrambling for food and water. Supplies are being flown in from around the world. Rescue teams are working around the clock to reach areas that have been cutoff by the storm. Distribution centres in places like cebu are overwhelmed with demand.
