“Chaos controlled from the outside is imposed through ‘color revolutions', hybrid wars and information aggression. It is possible to counter this only with the consolidation of efforts, the development of unified approaches to the protection of national and regional interests,” the message of greetings reads.
On 25-26 November the National Security Institute, together with the State Security Committee, is hosting the 9th International Conference “Security in the Context of Transforming Threats: Present-Day Problems and Solutions”, timed to the 75th anniversary of the institute.
The conference is an annual forum for the exchange of opinions, research results and practical achievements of recognized experts from among representatives of security agencies and special services, the academic community, government agencies, institutions of higher education, Belarus' partner countries.
