Tracy Graham, 43, has been found, police say. Tracy Graham, 43, was last seen at a barbecue at The Groynes in Northwood at 3pm on Saturday. On Wednesday morning, a police spokeswoman said Graham had been “safe and well” in Hornby overnight. A close friend, who asked not to be named, earlier said Graham had never gone missing before and her disappearance was “extremely out of character”. Stuff ....
They were gone about an hour leaving Graham to help keep an eye on the children. “[Graham] left to go to the toilet, was seen on her way back by [another] adult there who then turned around to keep their eyes on the youngest child for a minute, [they] turned back and realised Tracy wasn t there.” The friend said the man assumed Graham had headed towards those cooking at the barbecue and thought nothing more of it until they returned and asked after her. The motivation for this was in part due to mitigate the spread of illness a concern even before COVID-19 but for the most part had to do with the facility’s layout. The lobby is small and a cell block holds 28 inmates. “Our lobby got jammed up,” Oller explained. It was often so bad that those conducting business at the site could not enter the building. Three years ago the sheriff explored video visitation. But with one kiosk for each block, the numbers didn’t add up. ....
