OAKFIELD – Oakfield School Board has selected a longtime West Bend teacher, principal and administrator to lead the Oakfield School District. Tracey Conners, currently serving as Woodfield Elementary School principal in the Waterford Graded School District, will begin her new role as Oakfield s district administrator July 1. She succeeds Vance Dalzin, who is retiring in June after leading the district for five years, and 34 years in education overall. Conners brings 29 years of experience to her new role, including 25 years in the West Bend School District where she served in a variety of roles including principal at West Bend East and West high schools. ....
OAKFIELD - The Oakfield School Board is closer to naming a new superintendent of schools for the community. The search to replace retiring Superintendent Vance Dalzin has been narrowed to three finalists the board will interview Monday. The candidates are: Tracey Conners, principal at Woodfield Elementary School in the Waterford Graded School District; Kevin Krutzik, Sheboygan Falls High School principal; and Kerri Jo Patten, director of elementary teaching and learning and Friendship Learning Center principal in the School District of North Fond du Lac. The Board hopes to extend an offer in March to a candidate who would start effective July 1. ....
