Six people are reported to have been injured. According to the Virgina Beach Police chief the shooting suspect, who was a current City Employee, is among the dead. Patients from the scene were sent to hospitals in the region. A short time ago there was a police news conference. Right now i can tell you we have multiple casualties and multiple fatalities. We have 11 deceased victims. At the scene we had six more victims who were transported to area hospitals. I do not have the condition of those victims at this time.
