(Screengrab from PTV) MANILA - A lone bettor from Davao del Sur province became an instant millionaire after guessing the right six-digit combination of the Lotto 6/42 on Tuesday night. In an advisory Wednesday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the bettor guessed the winning combination of 34-24-02-06-33-07, which carried a total jackpot prize of PHP35,314,806.60. The ticket was purchased in Davao City, Davao del Sur. The bettor can claim the check at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City upon presentation of the winning ticket and two identification cards. Lotto winnings of more than PHP10,000 shall be subject to a 20 percent tax under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law. A total of 27 bettors won PHP24,000 each for guessing five out of the six winning digits; 1,357 will get PHP800 each for four correct digits; and 25,109 will settle for PHP20 each for three correct digits.
