The Board of Selectmen, at its virtual meeting Monday, voted to appoint Christa McNamara, a Republican selectman, to fill the vacant town clerk’s seat formally held by Caryn Diller, who died in November. “Thank you for your vote of support,” McNamara said. “I’m proud of the work I have done with this board.
