【明報專訊】夏日炎炎，最近在社交媒體「洗版」的包括有大熱運動直立板。它看似容易上手，不少新手落場實戰，卻總是在站起來的一刻失去平衡而跌入大海。到底怎樣才能駕馭直立板，拍下威水的打卡相？今次邀請了藝人方方（方芷欣）分享她玩直立板經驗，並有直立板教練教各位如何輕鬆上板。
直立板（stand up paddle，SUP）外形與滑浪板（surfboard）相似，原來兩者也有些淵源。直立板的起源可追溯到1960年代，據聞當時在滑浪勝地夏威夷的威基基海灘，有滑浪教練為了方便教授及照顧學生，以及在海中移動至有利位置拍照，會帶備獨木舟槳出海；至1990年代，滑浪板加上獨木舟槳的組合經過一眾衝浪高手改裝，演變成今天的直立板運動。而在香港，大多數人玩直立板都是消閒性質，例如出海 ....
