Duterte has issued three new proclamations reserving parcels of land for Information Technology (IT) centers and an industrial park. Duterte signed Proclamation No. 1391 creating and designating a building and the parcel of land located along 1 Theater Drive, Circuit, Barangay Carmona, Makati City as an IT center. ".I, Rodrigo Roa Duterte, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, with a gross floor area of 83,824 square meters, more or less, and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located along 1 Theater Drive, Circuit, Barangay Carmona, Makati City, as an Information Technology Center to be known as the Circuit Corporate Center 1." the proclamation read.
