GENESEE COUNTY, MI A retired Genesee County District Court judge has been chosen as the county’s first chief public defender.
The county Board of Commissioners voted Wednesday, March 17, to appoint Nathaniel C. Perry III to the post, picking him over two other attorneys who were also finalists for the position. ....
