Start Trading 75% of retail CFD investors lose money The California-based electric vehicle and clean energy company Tesla is expected to report its first-quarter earnings of $0.79 per share, which represents year-over-year growth of over 240% from $0.23 per share seen in the same quarter a year ago. The high-performance electric vehicle manufacturer’s revenue would grow over 70% to $10.2 billion. The electric vehicle producer has beaten earnings per share and revenue estimates by over 60% of the time in the last two years. “Updating the model for the 1Q deliveries of 184,800 which were over 20% above our forecast. We also made adjustments to our volume forecasts for the remainder of the year to account for the strong start while allowing for potential supply constraints and other factors. The net result is we raise our FY21 delivery forecast by 3% to 809k units,” noted Adam Jonas, equity analyst at Morgan Stanley. ....
Fire severely damages Black Butte Ranch home Firefighters battled a significant house fire in Black Butte Ranch last Friday evening. photo provided select A nighttime blaze caused significant damage to an unoccupied home at Black Butte Ranch last Friday. Firefighters with the Black Butte Ranch Fire District responded to a report of a structure fire Friday, February 26, in the Glaze Meadow area of Black Butte Ranch. The fire was reported at 9:07 p.m. The home was in the final stages of a major addition, and no one was occupying the home at the time of the fire. The fire was called in by a neighbor who heard loud popping from the house next door, and saw the large fire from his window. Firefighters arrived within 10 minutes of being notified to find a large volume of fire from the three-car garage and adjacent living space directly above. ....

This includes LP&L and South Plains Electric Co-Op, Inc. Due to continuing cold weather, it remains in a period conservative operations until 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20 for the entire SPP balancing authority area. Early Thursday morning, SPP was teetering between a Level 1 and 2, with no rotating outages implemented. However, SPP is still urging all homes and businesses to conserve electricity, but are not directing any interruptions of service at this time. ....

Northeast Capital pays $15M for Miami office building The seller bought the building for $11M in 2017 Miami / 5040 Northwest Seventh Street (Google Maps, iStock) An affiliate of a private equity investment firm paid $14.5 million for a nine-story office building south of Miami International Airport. The Northeast Capital Group affiliate bought the building at 5040 Northwest Seventh Street in Miami, according to records. The seller is a company managed by Menachem Gurevitch of Netz Group and Mandy Management, real estate companies with offices in Israel and Connecticut. Last year, a separate Gurevitch-led affiliate paid $18.2 million for an office tower next to the courthouse in Fort Lauderdale. ....
