The president says the strategy will not include boots on the ground. The u. S. Launched expanded air strikes against the Islamic State group. Its the first time the u. S. Hit targets in this counter conflict. First the Iraqi Government ask us for their support in the strikes. Second, it was the Iraqi Security forces on the ground who conceived of the operation.
