At 13-years-old, Andre Perrin was fired from his first gig as a barber in Englewood; it was the first and last time he would ever work for anyone else.
Shortly afterwards, he was able to convince his parents to open a barbershop in their hometown of Teaneck in 1991, a shop he essentially ran with their help. And it’s been a rewarding ride ever since, Perrin told NJ Advance Media.
