santa clara. tom, this man has a lot of access to children. what do we know tonight? reporter: well, raj, police are not saying what tipped them off to this guy, but they do know that he works just blocks from here at that center that does have children. so, as soon as they had enough evidence to make an arrest, they moved quickly. police say they found disturbing pictures of children, mostly boys on a computer belonging to 63-year-old david bruce lang. they confiscated the computer at lang s santa clara home and arrested him on one count of misdemeanor child pornography. i still can t really believe in it reporter: the next door neighbor who asks that we not show her face was stunned to hear the allegations. he was always a very good neighbor and he was very polite. reporter: she says lang mostly stayed to himself and occasionally was with a male friend. a mother of small children, she also said she never felt uneasy about him because he was so friendly. we ....
