Tweets and flashy dance moves, tony, a retired beat cop, performs the routine that he s been perfecting for more than 25 years. always wanted to be a performer growing up. so i could look at dance steps and know what to do just watching them on television. i would go out and do a couple of hand movements and a couple of spins. and once i saw our boss come down the street, i would go back and do it the traditional way so they wouldn t catch me.
