New state contract offers Foxconn up to $80 million in incentives

The renegotiated contract between
Foxconn Technology Group and the state of Wisconsin offers the company up to $80 million in tax credits if the company hits certain hiring and investment targets.
The deal dramatically cuts the potential incentives available to the company under a previous agreement negotiated by former Gov. Scott Walker. That deal offered up to $2.85 billion in tax incentives if the company created 13,000 jobs and invested $10 billion.

The Chameleon Kidz range is best known for its original Blendy Pens, a patented system which enables two coloured felt pens to be blended together to produce different colours. Geared towards children aged six and upwards, the range has been developed to inspire creativity in original year-round play.

Kids International Marketing has been tapped up to handle the global sales for the UAE-based toy company Striders FZ’s flagship children’s brand, Pugs at Play.
The Pugs at Play range is currently made up of 23 different animated plush animals and was launched by Striders in the UAE and other Middle East markets in 2019 with a collection aimed at all ages featuring Walking Pugs, Meowing Cats, Hopping Bunnies, and Talking Hamsters.
The range also features five different Peek-a-boo characters and Walking Talking Dinos and Penguins. Products in the collection range from 14cm to 25cm in height.
“Pugs at Play will bring a smile to retailers faces too with its competitive pricing delivering attractive price points with good margins, end to end solution in the interactive plush space and its great packaging,” read a statement from the firm.
