Worcester restaurants went courting on Valentine s Day, looking for love from diners amid pandemic WORCESTER The poet Dylan Thomas wrote about love s first fever. But, how about love s first prime New York steak with Lyonnaise fingerling potatoes, butter poached lobster tail, grilled asparagus and hollandaise sauce? The entree was a Valentine s Day special at The Boynton Restaurant & Spirits, 117 Highland St., on Sunday. The special was a creation of head chef Caleb Bogren, who noted as the first diners were set to arrive on Sunday that Valentine s Day would be a a bunch of tables for two. In normal times, Valentine s is a very busy time for the restaurant industry.
