didn t want to seem like he was trying to avoid responsibility for what he had done. reporter: a few family members of the victims were escorted through a back door following the out come of today s court proceedings. the mass shootings such as this is unprecedented here in our county. and with the conclusion of this case today, we know that mr. goh will not be in a position to frther harm our community in the way that he did. reporter: one of the survivors texted me to say, i do not wish to speak on behalf of this. just taking it all in at this point. thanks for understanding. a university administrator talked to us off-camera to say the school will never forget that day. goh was a disgruntled nursing student who had dropped out. he was demanding a tuition refund. when the university did not comply, goh went on a shooting rampage, killing seven and injuring three. sophia long is a shooting survivor. we pay attention around the environment in the school area. report
