Hinkle said he was proud of what the executive committee accomplished in his two years. He said OCREC now has the largest bank account and largest membership among Panhandle Republican organizations. The REC has actually been left in great shape and I know they ll take care of it and move it forward, he said.
Hinkle declined to comment on the election outcome.
