Not too many cars or people out and about in center city at this hour, but we do see that rain falling. Its a little bit lighter right now, and of course, as you mentioned, those temperatures are a little bit higher this morning, so that water as it hits the ground is not freezing, at least right now. So, things are looking pretty good out here in terms of that, but it is still wet. The roads are a little slick as we were coming in, so just be careful if you are heading out on the roads. We do see that one vehicle out there just taking it slow, taking it easy, and the folks who are out here, they have the umbrellas, theyve got the hooded jackets, just making sure that they are prepared for the wet weather this morning.
