CURWENSVILLE â A owner of multiple properties in Curwensville Borough will be fined because he didnât follow through with the boroughâs vacant property review boardâs mandate. At its meeting Dec. 8, the committee authorized fining the owner for 30 days and starting the clock for 120 days.
