Batlle said: “We’ve been running our own coffee shops and supplying our cakes to others for years. Now we’ve brought it all together, taking what we know from running Bakesmiths and combine that with what we’ve learnt from baking cakes for coffee shops across Britain at Cakesmiths.” He added: “It’s also given us a chance to create The Cake Lab, a dedicated cake innovation hub where we’ll be putting our test bakes on the counter for customers to enjoy. ....
