Thanks everyone for coming out today, and this is my 33rd town hall of this year. So been active and busy and out and about amongst our communities and our constituencies. It must be quite on the president ial trail here in iowa today. But you are absolutely welcomed so thank you for being here as well. The way our town halls work for those that havent been to one, we do have a number of cards that been filled up out by fols that would like to ask questions. If youd like to fill out a card and you did when you came in, if you would racial hand the staff of come by and will provide you with a card. Brian yes. Ainsley brian, you say yes. I would love it as long as we do it safely. We are seeing increased numbers of coronavirus in certain areas of our country we need to do it safely. Brian we dont have a choice. Psychologically kids are regressing. You cant give a kindergartner or 3rd grader a laptop and learn something they are not learning anything. Open up schools. Might be ice cold by the fall. You have got to have the plan. Steve brian, the president of the National Education association, the Teachers Union says we want to open but its got to be safe. Its all about safety. The president said look, in some cases, it is political, some people are not opening, he is suggesting governors and other people various localities to make he says its political doesnt go into why but obviously he thinks its to hurt him politically in november.
