Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville will open its first village-style resort in the Poconos by mid-2024. Construction of Margaritaville Resort Village Pocono Mountains is expected to begin next year. The venue will feature four different experiences for visitors to choose from, including a hotel and a luxury RV camp.
