CWG urges Corporate Organizations to invest in WFH Policies in 2021

In a bid to continue to curb the spread of the ravaging COVID-19, CWG Plc has advised corporate organisations to invest heavily in ‘Work from Home’ policies and other collaboration tools in 2021.
CWG’s Group Head, Human Resources & General Services, Mrs. Tinu Adeyemi opines that to reduce the spread of COVID 19, ‘Work from Home’ seems to be the key for most organizations to ensure safety in 2021.
“The role of HR has evolved with technology and employee performance is based solely on results and no longer activity. In 2021, most organizations will invest more in WFH policies and collaboration tools while the HR would function as change agents to drive technology concerning people and resources management,” she added. ....
