The Office of the Auditor-General has confirmed it has three separate complaints: One from Foster s council colleague Fleur Fitzsimons, one from Foster s former council colleague and ex-Deputy Mayor Helene Ritchie, and one from the Wellington Chinese Garden Society (WCGS).
