May 13, 2021 LISBON – In county Municipal Court, a jury on Wednesday found Jack O. Colon, 60, Longs Crossing Road, Leetonia, guilty of aggravated menacing for threats made in front court employees at Common Pleas Court in January. The threats were directed toward the clerks and prosecutor’s office after they refused to accept Colon’s paperwork charging Governor Mike DeWine with treason in the clerk’s office. Colon additionally threatened to hang the governor, members of the clerk of courts, members of the prosecutor’s office and school district employees who make children wear masks. Colon was credited with 111 days served toward a 180-day sentence imposed by Judge Timothy McNicol following the guilty verdict. The remaining 69 days have been suspended.
