【時報-台北電】秘魯返台祖孫疫調究竟應歸屬那個縣市政府，台中市議會國民黨團書記長陳政顯昨痛批屏東在第一時間急著推脫責任，屏東縣長潘孟安則強調依中央規定執行，絕對不會甩鍋。對此，指揮中心指揮官陳時中表示，「所有的工作是在發生確診地方的衛生局為主」，意即屏東縣政府。
　陳時中表示，疫調工作是由大家一起來，只是行政上會有一個主責單位，目前是以居住地為主，這位阿嬤出國前雖然戶籍地與居住地都在台中，但所有的工作是在發生確診地方的衛生局為主。
　陳政顯指出，Delta確診發生後，屏東縣第一時間不找出實際問題點，卻急著推脫責任，「同島一命」在民進黨解釋就是「有功自己攬，有事甩給別人擔？」
　屏東縣政府發言人鄞鳳蘭也補充，指揮中心的疫調權責建議明確指出，境外移入者疫調主責在� ....
